Have you heard about Doomsday?  The last day of February
is "Doomsday".  The days 4/4, 6/6, 8/8, 10/10, 12/12, 
7/11, 11/7, 9/5, 5/9 are always on the same day of the week.
All you have to do is figure out what Doomsday is for the year.
(Divide the years since 1900 by 12, take the sum of the 
answer x and the remainder r, add r divided by 4, subtract 3.
Sunday is 1.)
